A Cardio Boxing membership includes unlimited Cardio Boxing Classes.
With a strong cardio component and circuit training, our Cardio class focuses on building endurance and core
strength. Get a great workout and build off of the energy of the people around you in a group setting.
Get a great workout in a small group class with Cardio Boxing. Cardio
clases are held Monday and Wednesday from 7 to 8pm and Saturday morning from 9am to 10am.
